| Self contained cottage, detached from the main house with its own separate entrance and car park. Ideal for two people who would like to escape their busy lives. Centrally situated in the hills just outside Iznájar, in the province of Córdoba, Andalucia and just 50 minutes drive from Malaga and Granada Airport. The entrance leads on to a large bedroom, which has a beamed ceiling and consists of:
• satellite TV • double bed and bedside cabinets • ceiling fan • comfortable chairs • wood burning stove • wardrobe A spiral staircase leads down to the bathroom, which is equipped with: • shower • wash basin • wc • heated towel rail Next to bathroom is the kitchen with: • microwave/oven • refrigerator • toaster • cooker, cooking utensils • glasses, cutlery and crockery A dining area with French doors opens onto a large private terrace with an al fresco sitting area and table and chairs, overlooking the hills and olive groves. The views are stunning! To the left of the terrace is the pool with sun loungers, surrounded by gardens. The main house and the cottage are secured with white stone walls, entrance gates and wrought iron bars on the windows (typically Andalucian) and are set on top of one of the highest hills (850 metres!) in the area. Things you should know about Caseta Castaña • The ‘Caseta' has a spiral staircase inside and several small steps outside leading into the house and pool area. • Caseta Castaña has a ‘no smoking in the house' policy. The terrace, however, is a pleasant place to have a puff. • The house will be cleaned before your arrival. Supply of clean bedding and towels will be present as well as an extra set of clean bed sheets and linen for your use. • Car hire is advisable from the airport, although we can arrange a locally based airport collection and return service. • Restaurant and shops are 15-20 minutes drive and are not within walking distance. How much will it be : £40 or 55€ per night for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
